Returns

A: Handmade/Custom items are made exclusively for each client. Returns will only be allowed on diaper bags and nursing covers. Returns must be postmarked within 7days of receipt and accompanied by a return authorization form. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Products being returned must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging! We will gladly refund or replace any item that we send in the wrong size, color, or misspell on custom orders as well as shipping cost for items that are shipped incorrectly . Q: Bow-cifiers
Pacifiers embellished with fabric and bows

A: The center of pacifiers are covered with fabric and trim, some embellished with bows, no glues or adhesives are used. All bows, trim and fabric are handsewn onto the pacifier. If bows or fabric pieces detach it may become a choking hazard. This item is not a toy. Bow-cifiers are decorative keepsakes only and NOT intended for actual use.

Q: Rhinestones
Lead in Rhinestones and the type of stones we use

A: Rhinestone crystals that sparkle contain lead, including both Swarovski and Czech Preciosa crystals that are used on our products. These crystals may be harmful to children if ingested. Crystals are NOT edible and can become a choking hazard if detached. Do not allow children to put products containing crystals in their mouth. Shoes should not be worn in temperatures below freezing. Freezing temps will cause crystals to pop off.

Q: Shipping and Handling
Shipping/Timeline

A: We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Priority mail takes 3-4 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) but varies depending on package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. Custom orders ship 7-10 days once your order/payment has been recieved, however processing time varies depending on item/quantity of order as well if we are experiencing high order volumes at the time of your order. If your order is time sensitive or you'd like to know current order processing time please contact us before placing an orer.

Privacy

A: Your personal information is only used to provide service to you. Because we do all of our transactions via PayPal, your credit card information is never stored. Any personal information will not be traded, rented, sold or shared with anyone outside of Posh Baby Couture, or used for reasons beyond processing your order.
