When will I receive my order? TOP
Production time is currently 14 business days before orders are shipped. Business days are Mon-Fri. To calculate your ship date count 14 business days from the date of your order. Do not count Sat and Sunday.
Orders ship via US Postal Service Priority Mail 2-3 business days.
We only guarantee ship dates and are not responsible for any delays once the package is in the hands of the courier. If your order is time sensitive, contact us to schedule a rush order. Rush orders are accommodated based on our current schedule.
Insurance and Signature Confirmation require additional fees and must be requested prior to ordering.

Bowtique ship separately from Posh.

Posh does not accept phone calls or phone orders. We answer all questions/concerns via email within 24hrs.
Our on-line boutiques is always available to place orders 24hrs/7days a week 365 days a year.
Do you accept Custom Orders? TOP
Most of the sets created on our site started as Custom Orders. We would love to help you bring your creative ideas to life in one of your designs. Email us at info@PoshBabyCouture.com
Return Policy TOP
All of our items are hand made. We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We will NOT cancel any order once we receive it.
It is the responsibility of the customer to check sizing, name spelling, and current production times. If you are unsure about sizing it is recommended that you order a size up.
Customers are responsible for the FULL sales price including shipping, to replace orders with errors that resulted as a mistake at the fault of the customer. Posh will gladly correct any errors in spelling or design on our part at no additional cost to you. We must be notified via email within 3business days of receipt of your order. A replacement order will be shipped ASAP.

We ship all packages via Priority Mail:
USPS Priority: 2-3 days
We can also ship
USPS Express 1-2 days
USPS International: 6-10 days
Please contact us prior to your order to request Express shipping or International shipping.
Please make sure that the shipping address you enter during checkout is correct. Packages will not be shipped to a different address than what is posted on the payment receipt. Returned packages will not be re-shipped until additional shipping charges are paid for by the
customer. Posh is not be responsible for returned packages.
Privacy Policy TOP
Your personal information is only used to provide service to you. Because we do all of our transactions via PayPal, your credit card information is never stored. Any personal information will not be traded, rented, sold or shared with anyone outside of Posh Baby Couture, or used for reasons beyond processing your order.
